Deposit Policy

Effective Date: 04/20/2026

1. Purpose of Deposit

Deposits are required to:

- Reserve a puppy

- Hold a position on a waitlist

- Confirm serious intent to purchase

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

- Change of mind

- Timing conflicts

- Personal circumstances

- Allergies or housing issues

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

- The breeder is unable to provide a puppy

- A written exception is explicitly agreed upon

4. Transfer Policy

At our discretion, deposits may be:

- Transferred to a future litter

- Applied to another available puppy

This is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

5. Contract Alignment

All deposits are governed by the terms outlined in your puppy purchase agreement.

If any conflict arises, the signed contract takes precedence.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By submitting a deposit, you agree:

- Not to initiate a chargeback for a valid deposit

- That disputes will be handled according to your signed agreement

- We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors to dispute chargebacks.

7. Acknowledgment

Submitting a deposit confirms that you:

- Have read and agreed to this policy

- Understand deposits are non-refundable

- Agree to the terms of your future contract
